On both Windows and Mac OS, you may be asked for a network security key while setting up a connection between your PC or laptop and your range extender. This is the password with which your network is secured and which you use to connect devices to your router (or modem router).
Windows
Mac OS
Your range extender always uses the same password as your router (or modem router).
If you have a Sitecom router (or modem router), you will find the password on the sticker on the bottom of your router (or modem router).
Network Login Details Flyer
Some Sitecom routers are also delivered with a Network Login Details Flyer. This also contains the WPA2 password, so you can find it here, too, unless you changed the password in your router's (or modem router's) settings menu.
Please note! If you changed the WPA2 password of your router (or modem router), you must log in to your router's (or modem router's) Settings menu to find the correct password. In this case, the WPA2 password on the sticker is not correct.
